    WTP - PER-FLUORINATED CHEMICAL TREATMENT SYSTEM

    Installation of an 8 MGD ION Exchange System treating PFCs for drinking water; including resin vessels including resin, 100-HP single stage horizontal split case pumps, ductile iron piping and accessories, concrete slab-on-grade, variable frequency drive local control panels, electrical and I&C improvements.  At the time of construction, this was the largest resin PFC drinking water system of its kind.

    DOUG ALLEN WRF - CONTROL SYSTEMS UPGRADES

    The Project consisted of sequencing batch reactors (SBR) control system upgrades, including constructing a new PLC-based control system for the existing SBR, new field instrumentation for the control system, connecting existing equipment, as well as replacement of existing 200-HP blower motors,  and start-up services for the new system.

    MIMS WTP - HIGH SERVICE PUMP VFD & PLC REPLACEMENT

    The project consisted of replacement of programmable logic controllers control panels, high service pump variable frequency drives, a high service pump motor, along with related electrical and control conduits, wiring, control system programming, SCADA system programming and equipment/ systems startups.

    Demolition & In-Line Booster Pump Station Replacement

    The project consisted of demolition of an abandon WWTP  and In-Line Booster Pump Station. Construction included modifications to a surge tank, electrical I&C, and construction of an in-line booster pump station.

    Accelator #3 Rehabilitation and Improvements

    Complete replacement of an accelator mechanism.  Removal of the existing mechanism, lime-sludge, installation of proposed accelator; including rafters, hood plates, gear box, sludge flushing system, and catwalk and coatings.

    Reuse Pump Station - Modifications

    Rehabilitation of an existing Reuse Booster Pump Station and ground storage tank. This project consisted of removing pumps and piping, install of 100HP Reuse Pumps, flow meter vault, install of a metal canopy, rehab of a glass-lined ground storage tank, and I&C upgrades.

    West WTP Solids Contact Clarifier Rehabilitation

    Rehabilitation of an existing 62FT lime softening accelator. Rehab was required to be performed in a short timeframe of 6 weeks which included removal of lime sludge, removal and replacement of a clarifier mechanism metal parts, and final coatings. The project also included refurbishment of 2 Aeration towers including: prep, painting, and media replacement.

    Hobart RO WTP - Chemical Tanks Replacement

    Replacement of a 16,000-gal bulk sulfuric acid tank with a new 12,000-gal horizontal steel storage tank.  Replacement of a 5,200-gal bulk caustic tank with a new 5,200-gal horizontal steel storage tank.  Replacement of the tanks required new PVCF and secondary containment piping, minor electrical and I&C modifications, and containment coatings

    Regional Utility

    WWTP - Filter & Chlorine Contact Basin Improvements 

    Installation of (1) 1.6 MGD Disk Filter and rehabilitation of (2) 1.6 MGD existing Disk Filters totaling 4.8 MGD.  Installation of a reinforced concrete Chlorine Contact containing (2) chambers. Removal of (2) Traveling Bridge Filters, yard piping, electrical and I&C.
